The founder has extensive HR experience in the private sector such as Petroleum and Mining. Her experience within multicultural & multinational environments has allowed her to develop a
deep understanding of the pressure points and complexities that occur cross-borders of SA (Botswana, DRC, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia, and Zimbabwe) and cultural diversities of these
countries. Her experience includes providing HR services support and advice on employment policies, procedures and practises to management and employees; driving HR initiatives such as
performance management, wellness programs etc. In addition, she has managed and reviewed the company’s outsourced payroll.
