Our Process
To
ensure
a
streamlined
process
and
quality
service

our
clients,
the
recruitment
process
is
the
same
for
every
applicant
we

Job Brief
Our first step is to take a detailed job description from our clients to determine their key needs, requirements and non-negotiable items.
Ideally,
we
would
prefer
to
discuss
your
requirements
in
person
with
our
client
so
as
to
develop
rapport
and
become
familiar
with
the
organisation
and
the
environment.
If
an
appointment
cannot
be
made
straight
away,
we
will
search
from
the
job
specification
received
via
telephone
and
hand
deliver
resumes
to
clients
for
an
opportunity
for
meet
and
greet.
However,
based
on
the commitments our clients may have, we still are able to receive the job brief via email and have a telephonic discussion to get clarity on the job requirements.

search,

advertise

advertising
conducted on behalf of our clients is done so anonymously.
We also displays vacant positions on our own website.
Shortlisting for Clients’ Consideration
After
conducting
a
thorough
screening
and
interview
process,
we
will
forward
the
applicant’s
resume
to
our
clients
for
consideration.
Clients
can
nominate
applicants
they
are
interested
in
meeting
and
we
will
arrange
interview
times
suitable
to
both
the
client
and
the
applicant.
We
understand
the
importance
of
time,
we
will
only
forward
suitable
candidates
and
not
provide
unsuitable applicants just to make up the numbers as our clients and candidate’s time is too valuable.
Once
interviews
are
conducted
and
an
applicant
is
selected,
we
will
provide
all
required
verification
checks
and
extend
offer
of
the
position
together
with
a
mock
payslip
to
the
applicant
accordingly.
